Cancel or modify a booking

You can cancel or change a booking from Trips → Upcoming. Free cancellation is available up to 30 minutes before your slot begins.

Cancelling inside the 30-minute window may apply a small fee, shown before you confirm the cancellation.

Modifications to time or duration are treated as a new quote — any price difference is settled immediately.
