Deleting your Parkane account

You can delete your Parkane account yourself in the app, or ask us to delete it by email. Either way, deletion is permanent.

Delete it in the app

Open Parkane and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Read what deletion removes, then tap Confirm.
Enter the code we email you. Your account is deleted straight away.

Do not have the app installed?

If you have already uninstalled Parkane, write to info@parkane.app and we will delete your account for you. Include the phone number or email address on the account so we can find it — we will confirm it is really you before deleting anything.

Before your account can be deleted

No order in progress. If you are holding a spot for someone, finish or cancel it first.
No unpaid balance. Outstanding penalties or fees have to be settled.

If you cannot clear either of these yourself, write to info@parkane.app — we will close the order and review the balance with you, usually within a day.

What deletion removes

Deleted right away: Your profile (name, phone, email, photo, rating, reviews) · your vehicles and places (plates, garage, saved addresses, watched zones) · your saved cards, including the tokens held at our payment provider.
Kept without your name: Payment and transaction records — accounting law requires us to keep receipts, so those rows are scrubbed to an anonymous ID. Past exchanges stay in other drivers' history, with you shown as a deleted user.
Forfeited: Your ParkCoin balance. ParkCoins cannot be cashed out, refunded or moved to another account. Spend them before you delete.

This cannot be undone

There is no recovery window. You are welcome back any time, but you will start with a fresh account.
