Chișinău parking guide: rules, lots, and spot handovers

1. The parking reality in Chișinău

Between 08:30–10:00 and 17:00–19:00, central Chișinău and arterial corridors in Rîșcani and Botanica experience severe parking congestion.

Narrow historic streets were never designed for this car volume, resulting in double parking and blocked lanes.
